For a faster charge, Quickened Pulse can be used to shorten Soleil's special at the start,and if in tandem with Slaying Edge+, it will shorten the cooldown by -2, making Dragon Fang have a 2 charge cooldown, and Aether a 3 charge, effectively making Dragon Force have the same cooldown as Moonbow. Sacred Seal: Soleil's Seal is very flexible as well. Infantry Pulse 3 can be used for infantry synergy teams.
